Jordan, President and CEO of the GMC Group, is a highly accomplished real estate investor and developer with a proven track record. Leading projects and managing a substantial development pipeline, he’s a visionary shaping communities in Greater Victoria, Vancouver, and Seattle.

Dave is the President & Principal of the LIDA Group, overseeing a vertically integrated construction and development company. Originally rooted in LIDA Construction, Dave strategically utilized earnings to build a substantial real estate portfolio. Now a Self-Managing Construction Company, LIDA Construction allows Dave to focus on real estate development.
